An ideally situated site just a stones throw from Strathclyde University’s campus.  The old Martyrs Church site is now cleared and has planning granted for a 348 bed student scheme, comprising of 173 studios/ 176 clusters (49% studios/ 51% clusters split). Planning application 15/01232/DC .

Previously the Martyrs Church had occupied the site, this was demolished in April 2015 in preparation for work to begin on the new student accommodation scheme.
